Howden Pre-School are joining forces with Newport Pre-School.
Kate and Carrie are setting up a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) which both Howden and Newport Pre-School's will join.
The benefits are:

- Supporting other settings to provide Howden's outstanding early years education to even more local children.
- Reduce the need for an annual recruitment of committee members.
- Security of both pre-schools longevity and sustainibility as a charity.

- Shared working practices within the local community.
- Opportunities for loval people (staff) to progress in their career throughout the larger charity.
- Sharing of bank staff to cover absebces, maintaining continuity for the children.
